1- Mode of Instruction
Our courses are delivered entirely Online through our Platform, offering flexibility and convenience. Upon successful registration and subscription, enrolled users gain access to pre-recorded lectures and comprehensive course materials. Unless specified otherwise, all courses are self-paced with no live or in-person sessions. Access to course content is exclusively through our platform and is governed by the terms of your subscription.
2- Recordings and Copyrights
All course materials, including audio, video, and handouts are protected by copyright law. Recording, copying, reproducing, or distributing the course materials, for personal or shared use is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of our terms.
3- Access to Lectures
Each course is available to the enrolled user for a period of Six (6) months starting from the date of subscription. Access to the course content will automatically expire at the end of this period, regardless of course progress or completion status. The access period cannot be paused, frozen, or extended once it has begun. Requests for extended access after the expiration date require a new subscription and are subject to the current terms and pricing at the time of re-subscription.
4- Devices
Access to course lectures is restricted to A Single Device. Device changes are not permitted during any ongoing course. Device change requests may be accommodated only before enrolling in a new course, provided there are no active or ongoing courses associated with your account at the time of the request. Requests to change your device during an active course will be subject to review.
5- Handouts Availability
Handouts, when available, are provided as supplementary materials for specific courses. When offered, handouts are accessible only during the active subscription period, and it is the participant’s responsibility to download them before the course access expires. After the subscription ends, handouts will no longer be available and cannot be provided upon request.
6- Payment Confirmation
Your subscription is confirmed only after the payment is received and confirmed from our side. We are not responsible for any delay in the transfer process as it may lead to a delay in confirming your subscription.
7- Refund Policy
Refunds are strictly permitted only for courses to which access has not yet been granted. Once access to any course has been initiated — regardless of whether or not the user has accessed or viewed the course content — that course shall be considered non-refundable under any circumstances.
In the event of an approved refund, the refunded amount will be subject to deduction of any applicable transfer or transaction fees, as such fees are borne by the subscriber and not the course provider.
For group subscriptions benefiting from a discount (e.g., “3rd El So7ab”), any refund request by a group member will be processed only after recalculating the applicable discount for the remaining participants. The refund amount will be adjusted based on the updated group size, with any difference in pricing deducted from the refunded amount.
8- Platform Usage Guidelines
Our platform usage instructions are an integral part of these terms and conditions. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with theses guidelines.
9- Communication Channels
You are responsible for joining and following updates from our WhatsApp community, ensuring you receive important notifications and stay informed. Additionally, you are expected to direct your inquiries to the appropriate group within the community.
10- Response Timeframe
Our team typically respond to inquiries, payment confirmations, account approvals, and code deliveries within 24 hours, considering Friday and official holidays as non-working days.
